We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Senior developer to lead the Development, customization and enhancement of the ServiceNow platform. The candidate should be having deep technical expertise in ServiceNow modules HRSD, WSD and CSM along with robust experience in scripting, integrations and performance optimization. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that align with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop and implement custom solutions and applications on the ServiceNow platform.
- Create and modify workflows, business rules, UI policies and client scripts to meet business requirements.




- Develop and maintain integration with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
- Customize ServiceNow modules, including HRSD, WSD and CSM to optimize workflows and improve user experience.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including workflows, custom applications, and UI customization.
- Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and third-party tool integrations.
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and processes.

Certifications:

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), CIS- CSM, CIS-HRSD, CIS-WSD and CAD.
