Opportunity for ServiceNow Developer – QA Tester

QA & Testing Responsibilities

- Automated Testing: Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework)
- Manual & Regression Testing: Execute exploratory, functional, and regression test cycles for current user stories and quarterly platform upgrades.
- Defect Management: Identify, log, and track defects in the backlog; collaborate with peer developers to verify and close fixes promptly.
- Quality Advocacy: Define clear acceptance criteria with Business Analysts and promote a "shift-left" testing mindset across the sprint team.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: 3 years+hands-on experience in ServiceNow and testing
- Deep expertise in ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework).

- Work from office
- Monday to Friday working
