We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, administration, platform configuration, and enterprise integrations.

The candidate must have practical experience in Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), along with a solid understanding of ITSM processes, JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and security controls.

The ideal candidate will be capable of translating business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions while ensuring platform security, quality, and compliance.

Key ResponsibilitiesServiceNow Development and Configuration

- Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, catalog items, dashboards, reports, and forms.
- Analyze business requirements, estimate development effort, design solutions, and support implementation.
- Create and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, UI Pages, UI Macros, and Notifications.
- Develop and maintain Flow Designer flows and traditional ServiceNow workflows.
- Manage Update Sets and support testing, deployment readiness, and platform upgrades.

ITSM, GRC and TPRM
- Deliver enhancements across ITSM and risk management workflows.
- Support GRC and TPRM processes, including assessments, approvals, due diligence, risk reviews, and closure activities.
- Configure workflows in alignment with business requirements, governance standards, and compliance controls.

Integrations and Security
- Design, develop, and support secure integrations using REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, LDAP, SQL, and web services.
- Configure roles, groups, Access Control Lists (ACLs), domain separation, and data security controls.
- Follow ServiceNow development standards and enterprise security requirements.

Troubleshooting and Delivery
- Investigate platform issues, debug defects, and perform root cause analysis.
- Optimize platform performance and help prevent recurring incidents.
- Collaborate with business owners, architects,



administrators, Business System Analysts, testers, and support teams.
- Maintain technical specifications, release notes, deployment guides, test evidence, operating procedures, and knowledge-transfer documentation.
- Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, design reviews, code reviews, testing, release management, and production support.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data models, development standards, and release practices.
- Solid JavaScript programming and ServiceNow scripting skills.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Business Rules
- Client Scripts
- Script Includes
- UI Policies and UI Actions
- Access Control Lists (ACLs)
- Service Catalog
- Flow Designer and Workflows
- Update Sets
- Mandatory hands-on experience in GRC and TPRM.
- Experience designing and supporting REST/SOAP integrations and web services.
- Knowledge of platform security, testing, debugging, deployment, and production support.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management best practices.
- Experience with ServiceNow Orchestration and IntegrationHub.
- Experience leading development initiatives or mentoring junior developers.
- Understanding of enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, governance, and compliance controls.
- Additional experience with ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, or custom ServiceNow applications.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
