Opportunity for ServiceNow Developer – Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

- Requirement Elicitation:

Conduct discovery workshops, interviews, and brainstorming sessions with global stakeholders to capture business requirements and operational pain points.

- Process Mapping & Optimization:

Analyze existing workflows and map

Current State (As-Is)

and

Future State (To-Be)

processes aligned with ITIL frameworks (Incident, Change, Problem, Request, etc.).

- Backlog Management:

Write comprehensive User Stories, functional requirements, and strict Acceptance Criteria; groom and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner.

- Solution Design:

Collaborate with ServiceNow Architects and Developers to design out-of-the-box (OOTB) or custom platform solutions that adhere to best practices and upgrade safety.

- Validation & Testing:

Support Quality Assurance (QA) teams and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring business validation and formal sign-off before production release.

- Change Enablement:

Facilitate training sessions, develop user documentation, and communicate release notes/upgrade schedules to end-users.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Experience:

5+ years of overall IT experience,



with a minimum of 3 years dedicated to Business Analysis within

ServiceNow implementations

.

- Domain Knowledge:

Strong functional knowledge of core ServiceNow modules such as

ITSM

(Incident, Problem, Change, Request),

ITOM

,

CMDB/CSDM

, or

HRSD

.

- Frameworks:

Solid understanding of

ITIL v3 or v4

foundations.

- Agile Acumen:

Proven experience working in

Agile/Scrum environments, writing epics/stories, and using tools like

Jira or

Azure DevOps

.

- Communication:

Exceptional stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical ideas to non-technical partners
