We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ATF Consultant with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow, ITSM, ATF Automation, API, CSM and Integrations, Telecom Domain .

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, executing, and maintaining automated test cases using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) and supporting end-to-end testing activities across ServiceNow applications and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test cases using ServiceNow ATF .
- Work extensively on ServiceNow ITSM modules .
- Create and maintain ATF test suites, test cases, and reusable test components .
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Validate ServiceNow workflows, business rules, client scripts, catalog items, forms, and configurations.
- Perform API testing and integration testing across ServiceNow and external systems.
- Work with REST/SOAP APIs and troubleshoot integration-related issues.
- Work closely with ServiceNow developers, functional consultants, integration teams, and business stakeholders.
- Analyze test failures, identify defects, and perform troubleshooting/root-cause analysis.




- Support regression testing during ServiceNow upgrades and releases.
- Ensure adequate test coverage across ServiceNow applications, ITSM processes, APIs, and integrations.
- Participate in requirement analysis and prepare test scenarios based on business requirements.
- Document defects, test results, and testing evidence.
- Support CI/CD and automated testing processes where applicable.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM .
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ATF Automation .
- Experience creating and maintaining ATF test cases and test suites .
- Strong experience in API testing and ServiceNow integrations .
- Good knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration concepts .
- Valuable understanding of ServiceNow platform configuration.
- Experience with functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Valuable knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management, and Service Catalog .
- Good understanding of workflows, business rules, client scripts, and integrations.
- Robust defect analysis and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
