Key Skills Required:
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Now Assist and Generative AI.
- Solid knowledge of ServiceNow development, JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Flow Designer.
- Experience with Virtual Agent, AI Search, GenAI prompts, summarization, and AI-driven workflows.
- Expertise in REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, IRM/GRC, or SPM.
- Exposure to Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, or other enterprise AI/LLM platforms.
- ServiceNow CSA, CAD, and CIS certifications are preferred.
