Bharath Group – Yamaha, Thiruvalla is hiring an experienced Service Manager to lead our Service Department.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily service and workshop operations.
- Supervise Service Advisors and Technicians.
- Ensure quality service and timely vehicle delivery.
- Handle customer complaints and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Monitor service revenue, productivity, and targets.
- Coordinate with the spare parts and sales departments.
- Ensure compliance with Yamaha service standards.

Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Experience in two-wheeler service operations required.
- Experience in an authorized dealership preferred.
- Good technical, communication, and leadership skills.




- Ability to manage a team and achieve service targets.
