Opportunity with a leading AV Solutions organization for a professional experienced in AV project implementation, site coordination, project planning, resource management, and customer handling. The role also involves pre-sales support, demo setups, vendor coordination, and project documentation.

Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end AV project implementation, including site visits, kick-offs, planning, execution, and handover.
- Coordinate site teams, resources, customers, SCM, warehouse, PMO, vendors, and OEMs for smooth project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, manpower utilization, material availability, and resolve site execution challenges.
- Maintain project documentation, progress updates, manhour reports, and ensure adherence to defined processes.
- Support pre-sales activities, customer site visits, demos, and POCs, providing technical inputs and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- Diploma/Degree in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in AV project implementation or technical project management.
- Strong experience in project planning, execution, resource management, and site coordination.
- Knowledge of AV products, installation workflows, project management tools, and structured reporting.
- Robust communication, problem-solving, team coordination,



and customer-facing skills; pre-sales/demo experience is preferred.
