Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and technically inclined Service Engineer – Trainee to join our team. The candidate will receive practical training in product installation, servicing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and customer support. The role requires travelling to customer locations and project sites as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of company products.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot product-related issues at customer sites.
- Conduct routine inspections, servicing, and preventive maintenance.
- Visit customer locations and project sites as required.
- Maintain service reports and documentation.
- Coordinate with the internal technical and service teams to resolve customer issues.
- Follow company safety guidelines and service procedures.
- Learn product specifications and technical processes during the training period.
Eligibility & Skills
- Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or a related engineering field / ITI
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations and project sites.
- Valuable communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- A valid driving licence would be an added advantage.
Training Period & Compensation
- Training Period: As decided by the company.
- During Training: The candidate will receive a monthly stipend along with applicable home and food allowances as per company policy.
- Permanent Employment: Upon successful completion of the training period and satisfactory performance, the candidate will be considered for permanent employment.
- Salary Revision: The salary will be increased upon confirmation of permanent employment, as per company policy and the agreed compensation structure.
- After Training: Home and food allowances provided specifically for the trainee period will no longer apply. Eligible business travel expenses and travelling allowances will be provided as per company policy.
Important Requirement The candidate must be comfortable with travelling to customer sites and project locations whenever required. Travelling is an essential part of this role.
