We are looking for a technically skilled and customer-focused Printer Service Engineer to handle the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of printers at customer locations.

Key Responsibilities

- To attend printer service calls, maintenance calls, AMC follow-up, installation, and commissioning.
- Install and configure printers at customer locations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, electronic, and printing-related issues.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of printers.
- Identify and resolve print quality and machine performance issues.

- Provide technical support and guidance to customers.
- Conduct machine demonstrations and explain basic operation and maintenance to customers.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for customer requirements.

- Maintain service reports,



installation reports, and customer visit records.
- Ensure timely closure of customer complaints and service requests.
- Travel to customer locations for installation and service activities.

Qualification: Diploma / BE EEE, ECE, Mechanical, Mechatronics or related field

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of electrical, electronics, and mechanical systems.
- Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of printers or digital printing equipment is an added advantage.
