About the Company

Trikutaa Sales Private Limited is a growing system integrator company providing technology and infrastructure solutions to government, PSU, and institutional customers. We are looking for a technically skilled and service-oriented service engineer to join our team in Srinagar.

We are looking for a service engineer to handle installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and service support for IT, networking, CCTV, and security surveillance systems.

Freshers with relevant technical qualifications and candidates with experience in the same/similar industry may apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT, networking, CCTV, and security surveillance systems.
- Attend to customer complaints and provide timely technical support.
- Installation and troubleshooting of CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR, switches, routers, and other networking equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance and system health checks.
- Visit customer sites for installation, service, and breakdown support.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams for timely resolution of technical issues.
- Prepare service reports, installation reports, and other required documentation.
- Support project execution and commissioning activities.





Candidate Profile

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in service/technical support, IT, networking, CCTV, or security systems.
- Freshers with relevant technical qualifications can also apply.
- Candidates with experience in the same/similar industry will be given preference.
- Basic knowledge of networking, CCTV, IP cameras, NVR/DVR, switches, routers, and structured cabling will be preferred.
- Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
- A valid driving licence and own vehicle will be preferred.
- Candidates based in Srinagar/J&K; will be preferred.

Education

- Diploma / B.Tech in Electronics & Communication, Electrical, IT, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Educational qualification is not mandatory for candidates having relevant experience in the same/similar industry with practical technical knowledge and relevant field experience.

Compensation Salary: 2.5-5 LPA

- TA/DA as per company policy.
- Other benefits as per company policy.
