Job Responsibilities

- Installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and servicing of liquid filling, capping, sealing, labelling, and packaging machines at customer sites.
- Attend breakdown and service calls and identify mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and automation-related issues.
- Carry out machine inspection, preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and corrective actions.
- Read and understand mechanical assembly drawings, pneumatic diagrams, and machine layouts.
- Diagnose problems related to motors, gearboxes, pumps, sensors, pneumatic components, valves, drives, and other machine components.
- Coordinate with the Design, Production, Automation, and Service teams for technical problem-solving.
- Conduct machine trials and support customers during machine commissioning and production startup.
- Provide technical guidance and training to customers/operators regarding machine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Prepare service reports, installation/commissioning reports, spare-parts requirements, and other required service documentation.




- Identify defective or worn-out components and recommend suitable spare parts/replacements.
- Coordinate with customers regarding service schedules, technical requirements, and machine performance.
- Travel extensively across India and, whenever required, overseas for customer visits and machine-related assignments.
- Maintain professional communication and good customer relationships.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned service and commissioning activities.

Qualification Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.

Experience

1–5 years of relevant experience in field service, machine installation, commissioning, maintenance, or troubleshooting.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
