Job Purpose To ensure the efficient maintenance and repair of generator sets (Gensets) for optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

The Service

Executive plays a critical role in managing service operations, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintenance and Repair: Plan and execute repair and maintenance of DG sets and engines

- Customer Service: Provide timely and quality service to customer with a team of service engineers.

- Documentation and Reporting: Documents service activities and present to manamement.

- Compliance and Safety: Execute the jobs by complying to company processes and policies.

- Training and Development: Build a strong and competent team so as to optimize operational expenses.

- Coordination and Communication: with customer, Kirloskar and team.





Qualifications

- Education: Diploma or degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or a related field.

- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Genset maintenance and repair team handling.

- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of mechanical and electrical issues of Genset systems.

- Soft Skills: Robust customer service skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team handling abilities.

- Customer Satisfaction, Efficiency, Quality of Work, Compliance & Documentation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
