Job SummaryWe are looking for a customer-focused and technically knowledgeable Service Advisor to join our team at SkyyRider Electric Pvt. Ltd. The candidate will act as the primary point of contact between customers and the service team, ensuring smooth service operations, customer satisfaction, and timely resolution of vehicle-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries regarding vehicle servicing, repairs, maintenance, and warranty claims.
- Understand customer complaints and record vehicle issues accurately.
- Coordinate with service technicians and the service manager for timely vehicle repairs.
- Prepare service estimates, job cards, and service-related documentation.
- Provide customers with regular updates on repair status and delivery timelines.
- Explain repair requirements, service charges, and maintenance schedules to customers.
- Manage customer feedback and resolve service-related complaints professionally.
- Maintain service records,



customer databases, and follow-up reports.
- Coordinate vehicle delivery after service completion.
- Support customer satisfaction, retention, and after-sales service activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate or Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automobile industry.
- Experience in the EV industry will be an added advantage.
- Positive communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and maintenance.
- Ability to coordinate with technicians and manage multiple service requests.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach.

Preferred Candidate ProfileCandidates with experience in automobile dealerships, EV companies, service centres, or after-sales service operations are preferred.
