Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our Honda Authorized Service Centre. The ideal candidate will have experience in two-wheeler service operations, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and understand their service requirements.

Prepare accurate job cards and update details in DMS.

Explain service estimates and repairs to customers clearly.

Coordinate with workshop technicians for timely job completion.

Communicate service status and delivery timelines to customers.

Handle warranty and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) jobs as per company guidelines.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address complaints effectively.

Qualifications:





Diploma / ITI / Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering (preferred).

1–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor (Two-wheeler experience preferred).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of motorcycle service and parts management.

Familiarity with Royal Enfield DMS / CRM software (added advantage).

Salary Pay: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience)
