Bharath Group – Yamaha, Mallappally is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our Service Department.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend customers and understand their service requirements.
- Prepare job cards and explain service requirements to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of service jobs.
- Provide customers with service estimates and updates.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers.
- Ensure proper vehicle delivery after service.
- Maintain customer and service records.
- Support the team in achieving service targets and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years in automobile service operations preferred.
- Experience in a two-wheeler dealership/service centre will be an advantage.




- Good knowledge of two-wheeler service and maintenance.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with technicians and customers.
- Freshers can apply.
