Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome customers visiting the service centre and understand their vehicle service requirements.

- Listen to customer complaints and identify the initial concerns related to the bike.

- Conduct preliminary vehicle inspections and record customer-reported issues.

- Prepare job cards with accurate customer details, vehicle information, service requirements, and complaints.

- Explain service procedures, repair estimates, labour charges, and spare parts costs to customers.

- Coordinate with technicians and the workshop team to ensure timely vehicle servicing and repairs.

- Provide regular updates to customers regarding service progress, additional repairs, and delivery timelines.

- Obtain customer approval before proceeding with additional repairs or replacement of parts.

- Ensure proper documentation of vehicle service history, warranty claims, and service records.

- Coordinate with the spare parts department to ensure the availability of required parts.
