Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage and maintain Windows Server infrastructure, including patching, updates, and backups.

- Troubleshoot issues with MS Exchange servers and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.

- Provide Level 2 support for VMware virtualization platform and perform routine maintenance tasks such as firmware upgrades.

- Collaborate with other teams to identify root causes of issues and implement solutions to prevent future occurrences.

Job Requirements :

- 7-15 years of experience in IT administration with expertise in Windows Server administration.

- Robust knowledge of MS Exchange server management and troubleshooting techniques.

- Proficiency in managing VMware vSphere environments and performing routine maintenance tasks.
