Job Summary

Kargeen Restaurant is looking for enthusiastic, well-mannered, and customer-focused Waiters / Servers to join our food and beverage service team. The ideal candidates should have a positive attitude, good communication skills, and a commitment to providing excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and assist them throughout their dining experience.
- Present menus, explain menu items, and recommend dishes when required.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service.
- Respond to guest requests and handle complaints politely.
- Set up tables and ensure proper table arrangements before service.
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
- Follow restaurant service standards, hygiene procedures, and grooming policies.
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.




- Assist with restaurant opening and closing duties.
- Work closely with the Restaurant Captain and F&B; Manager to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Waiter, Server, or Steward is preferred.
- Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant.
- Strong teamwork and customer-service skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
