Job SummaryAs our SEO Manager, you will lead our search visibility strategy across traditional search engines, conversational AI platforms, and LLM-driven search experiences. You will be responsible for ensuring our brand, services, and content rank at the top of Google, while simultaneously optimizing our digital footprint to be cited as a trusted source by AI engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude.Key Responsibilities

- Traditional SEO Management: Oversee end-to-end technical SEO, on-page optimization, and high-quality link-building strategies to drive organic traffic.
- AEO & GEO Strategy (Core Focus): Optimize web architecture and content structure so it is easily parsed, understood, and cited by AI discovery tools and generative search engines.
- Schema & Structured Data: Implement advanced Schema markup, JSON-LD,



and semantic data structures to feed entity knowledge graphs.
- Keyword & Intent Research: Move beyond simple keywords to research conversational queries, voice search patterns, and long-tail informational prompts.
- Content Alignment: Collaborate with content teams to format data into clear, authoritative direct answers, FAQs, and structured lists that AI models prioritize.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor traditional organic rankings alongside AI engine citations, brand mentions within LLM outputs, and voice search visibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–3+ years of proven experience in SEO, digital marketing, or search optimization roles.
- Deep understanding of AEO & GEO: Proven knowledge of how AI models extract, cite, and synthesize web data.
- Technical SEO Expertise: Mastery of website speed optimization, crawlability, indexing, XML sitemaps, and advanced Schema deployment.
- Experience with industry-standard tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog).
- Solid analytical skills to translate raw traffic and AI-citation data into actionable growth plans.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
