Job Title: Senior Manager Warehouse

Location: Bhiwandi, Mumbai

Reporting To: Head Logistics & Warehouse

Role Overview The Senior Manager Warehouse will own end-to-end warehouse operations for The Pant Project, leading the warehouse team and ensuring accurate, fast and cost-efficient fulfilment across D2C, marketplace and retail (EBO) channels. The role is responsible for scaling operations, driving process discipline and delivering on inventory accuracy, SLA and cost targets

Mandatory Requirements

- Minimum 1012 years of experience in e-commerce / retail warehouse operations,



with at least 34 years in a managerial role leading a warehouse
- Mandatory 3+ years of experience with a D2C / fashion or apparel brand
- Hands-on experience in Increff WMS is non-negotiable
- Graduation / MBA in Supply Chain or Operations
- Solid exposure to B2C marketplace operations (Myntra, Nykaa, Amazon, etc.) and B2B store replenishment
- Track record of improving inventory accuracy, SLAs and warehouse cost efficiency
- Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel, MIS and data-driven decision making
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth warehouse environment
