Senior Video Editor

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the editing of Reels, short-form videos, brand films, social media ads, and promotional content.
- Understand briefs, scripts, references, and brand guidelines to deliver videos that match the required communication.
- Create strong hooks, pacing, transitions, storytelling, and visual flow suited for social media.
- Handle complete post-production including editing, colour correction, sound design, music, subtitles, motion graphics, and basic VFX.
- Work on multiple client projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Review and improve edits based on feedback from the creative and account teams.
- Maintain consistency in visual style across different brands and campaigns.
- Organise project files, footage, assets, exports, and source files systematically.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, social media managers, content creators, photographers, and videographers.
- Stay updated with current social media video trends, editing styles, formats, transitions, and content patterns.
- Take ownership of projects from raw footage to final delivery.

Requirements
- 2–4 years of professional experience as a Video Editor.




- Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Good knowledge of Adobe Media Encoder, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- Strong understanding of short-form content and social media video formats.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, typography, colour grading, sound design, and basic VFX.
- Ability to edit content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Good understanding of aspect ratios, resolutions, codecs, compression, and platform-specific export requirements.
- Ability to independently interpret a brief and turn raw footage into engaging content.
- Positive creative sense, attention to detail, and understanding of visual storytelling.
- Ability to handle tight deadlines and multiple projects in an agency environment.
- Knowledge of AI-powered video and creative tools will be an added advantage.
- A strong portfolio/showreel is mandatory.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
