Role Description The Senior Video Editor role at MNV Digital Marketing is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. In this role, the individual will plan, edit, and finalize video content for social media campaigns, advertisements, and brand storytelling initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing raw footage, selecting key clips, assembling sequences, applying transitions, sound, and color grading to deliver polished videos aligned with brand guidelines.

Editor will collaborate with marketing strategists, designers, and content teams to translate campaign objectives into compelling visual narratives. This role also involves mentoring junior editors,



maintaining a consistent visual style across projects, and ensuring timely delivery of all video assets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production to manage end-to-end video projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to enhance visual quality and maintain a consistent look and feel.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics to create engaging animated elements and visual effects.
- Candidates should possess skills in Graphics to support the integration of titles, overlays, and visual assets into video content.
- Proficiency with industry-standard editing and motion tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
- Demonstrated experience in editing content for social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong storytelling ability, attention to detail, and an eye for pacing, composition, and sound design.
- Ability to work in office in Hyderabad, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.
- Experience in a senior or lead video editing role and in mentoring or guiding junior team members is preferred.
- A relevant diploma or degree in Film, Media, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
