Role Overview

We are seeking a fast-paced, high-volume Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for our entry-level and support roles. In this role, you will focus on high-turnover, essential positions across key sectors: Administrative, Clerical, Logistics, Legal Support, Healthcare Support, Light Commercial fields etc.

Preferred Experience

· 4+years of experience in US Recruitment with hands-on volume hiring experience.

· Experience hiring for administrative, clerical, operations, customer support etc for US Government,

· Government staffing/project hiring experience is preferred.

· Experience working with VMS platforms and government staffing programs will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage high-volume/volume hiring for US Govt Staffing positions.

· Handle multiple requisitions simultaneously and build a strong candidate pipeline to meet bulk hiring targets and defined TATs.

· Coordinate with hiring managers and project teams to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.

· Track recruitment metrics, candidate status, interview schedules, offers, and joining updates using recruitment trackers/VMS platforms. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn,employee referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.

Work closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and hiring priorities.

· Coordinate candidate interviews, collect feedback, and manage the recruitment process through closure.

· Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.





· Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.

· Follow client-specific recruitment processes, compliance requirements, and submission guidelines.

· Manage multiple open positions simultaneously while meeting defined TAT and recruitment targets.

· Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and upcoming requirements.

Government Staffing Experience

· Experience recruiting for Government projects, public-sector programs, or government clients is preferred.

· Understanding of government staffing requirements, contract staffing, project-based hiring, and client-specific compliance processes will be an advantage.

· Ability to work with structured recruitment processes and meet strict submission and hiring timelines.

Preferred Qualifications

· Bachelor or degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

· 4+years of relevant experience in Non-IT recruitment/staffing.

· Prior experience with Government projects or staffing programs is preferred.

· VMS experience will be an added advantage as Vector VMS,Beeline, Fieldglass, IQNavigator
