Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and well-organized Sales & Operations Executive to handle guest calls, enquiries, sales, administrative tasks, and day-to-day operational coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle guest calls, enquiries, and booking requests professionally
- Convert enquiries into bookings and drive direct sales
- Follow up with leads and potential guests
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and booking targets
- Provide accurate information about rooms, facilities, offers, and services
- Handle daily administrative work, documentation, and records
- Coordinate with the operations team to resolve guest concerns
- Track sales enquiries, conversions, and follow-ups





Requirements
- Excellent communication skills are mandatory
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Confident and comfortable speaking with guests
- Sales-oriented with a target-driven approach
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer and Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
- Hospitality, sales, or customer service experience is preferred
