Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to join our team at Anusri Happy Homes India Private Limited. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our real estate projects, generating leads, and scheduling site visits for interested clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
- Explain the company's residential projects, plots, houses, and property details.
- Understand customer requirements, budgets, and property preferences.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule property site visits.
- Follow up with prospective customers to convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Maintain customer information, call records, and lead status in the database.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to support business development.




- Respond professionally to customer enquiries and maintain good customer relationships.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Provide regular reports on calls, follow-ups, leads, and site visits.

Eligibility Criteria

- Any degree or diploma preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Tamil is required; English communication is an advantage.
- Interest in real estate sales and customer interaction.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel are preferred.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to achieve targets.
