We are looking for a smart, confident, and experienced Senior Telecaller to handle our Collection Department and manage a team of around 30 collection executives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor the daily performance of the collection team.

- Handle SAM-related collection activities and follow-up processes.

- Ensure achievement of team collection targets and productivity.

- Guide, motivate, and support executives in handling customer calls and collection cases.

- Provide training and onboarding support to new joiners.

- Monitor calling, follow-ups, PTPs, and collection performance.

- Identify performance gaps and take corrective actions.

- Escalate significant or difficult cases to the concerned management.





- Maintain proper coordination with the operations and management teams.

Candidate Profile

- Prior experience in SAM / Collection / Telecalling, preferably in Two-Wheeler or Vehicle Finance.

- Experience in handling or supervising a team is preferred.

- Smart, confident, and good at communication.

- Strong team-handling and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to train and motivate new and existing team members.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
