? Key Responsibilitie s

Make outbound calls to prospective property buyers and investors

. Follow up with leads and qualify customer requirements

. Generate site visits and nurture sales opportunities

. Coordinate with the sales team to drive successful closures

. Build strong client relationships through skilled communication

. Participate in creating property reels, social media content, and promotional videos (preferred)

. Preferred: Assist with video shooting, editing, and on-camera presentations

.

? What We’re Looking Fo r

Female candidates only

. Minimum 5 years of relevant sales/tele-sales experience

. Fluency in English and Hindi

. Good knowledge of the Indian real estate market, preferably NCR

. Excellent communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills

. Charming, confident, professional, and camera-friendly personality

. Target-oriented mindset and strong work ethic

. Content creation, reels, and video-editing skills are an advantage

.

We value skills, personality, and practical experience over qualifications or a polished resume

.

? Salary & Incentive s

Salary: ₹25,000/month onwards,
