Job Summary

Fotia Ventures Private Limited is looking for an experienced and energetic Telecaller to join our real estate team in T. Nagar, Chennai. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their property requirements, following up with leads, and supporting the sales team in converting enquiries into site visits and successful bookings.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a target-oriented approach, and prior experience in telecalling, preferably in real estate, property sales, or a related industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on property enquiries and leads.
- Understand customer requirements such as budget, preferred location, property type, and investment purpose.
- Explain available real estate projects, property features, pricing, offers, and other relevant details to customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects through calls and other approved communication channels.
- Generate qualified leads and convert enquiries into property site visits.
- Coordinate with the sales/field team for customer appointments and site visits.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, follow-ups, and lead status.
- Work towards achieving daily, weekly,



and monthly calling and sales-support targets.
- Meet assigned lead conversion and performance targets within the given timelines.
- Handle customer questions professionally and provide appropriate information.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Provide regular updates and performance reports to the reporting manager.
- Follow company processes and maintain professionalism in all customer interactions.

Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, or customer handling.
- Experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and performance-based incentives.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain customer records.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to achieve targets.
- Candidates who can join immediately or at short notice are preferred.
