About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with 6+ years of solid experience in Data & AI hiring to join our Talent Acquisition team.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience hiring across Data Engineering, Data Analytics, BI, AI/ML, Cloud Data Platforms, Data Architecture and related technology roles . This role requires someone who can independently manage critical and senior-level requirements, work closely with business stakeholders, and drive the hiring process from sourcing to closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Data & AI technology roles , from sourcing to offer closure and joining.
- Understand technical requirements and translate JDs into effective sourcing strategies.
- Source and evaluate candidates across areas such as:
- Data Engineering
- Data Science & AI/ML
- Data Analytics & BI
- Data Architecture
- Cloud Data Platforms
- Snowflake
- Databricks
- Microsoft Fabric
- Power BI
- Azure Data
- ETL/Data Integration
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active Data & AI professionals .
- Conduct initial technical screening and assess candidates against role requirements.
- Coordinate technical, managerial, HR and client interview rounds.
- Work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring priorities and candidate expectations.




- Drive candidates through the complete recruitment lifecycle while maintaining strong candidate engagement.
- Handle salary discussions, offer negotiations, counter-offers and closure of candidates.
- Track recruitment metrics including pipeline movement, interview conversions, offer-to-join ratio and hiring TAT.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and ensure timely updates in the ATS/tracker.
- Support bulk hiring as well as niche and leadership-level Data & AI requirements.
- Build talent pools and ready pipelines for recurring and future Data & AI requirements.
- Stay updated on emerging Data & AI technologies, skill availability and market hiring trends.

What We Are Looking For
- 6+ years of overall Talent Acquisition / IT Recruitment experience.
- Strong and demonstrable experience specifically in Data & AI hiring .
- Experience hiring for niche and highly skilled technology positions .
- Strong understanding of Data & AI technologies and the ability to differentiate between various technical skill sets.
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple critical requirements.
- Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, internal databases and other talent channels.
- Excellent candidate engagement, negotiation and closure skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demanding hiring targets.
- Experience working on senior, client-facing or leadership-level technology positions will be an advantage.
