We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Technical Recruiter with 4-7 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong hiring experience across Embedded Systems, Automotive, Aerospace, Rail, Digital Engineering, and related technology domains. The role requires managing multiple positions simultaneously while ensuring quality talent delivery within stipulated timelines.

Role & responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
- Source, screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates through various channels.
- Handle niche and volume hiring across Embedded Systems, Automotive, Aerospace, Rail, and Digital Engineering domains.
- Coordinate interviews, offer discussions, negotiations, and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Track recruitment metrics and ensure adherence to SLAs and hiring targets.




- Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred candidate profile

- 4-7 years of experience in technical recruitment.
- Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment.
- Robust understanding of Embedded Systems, Automotive, Aerospace, Rail, Digital Engineering, or related technology domains.
- Experience in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Portals, Social Media, and networking channels.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requirements concurrently.
- Strong candidate engagement and relationship management skills.
- Experience working in Engineering Services/Product Engineering/ER&D; organizations.
- Exposure to ATS and recruitment reporting tools.
