Role Description The Senior Technical Program Manager at FDE School is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru. This role oversees complex, cross-functional programs that integrate AI, software engineering, and product-focused learning experiences for experienced technology professionals. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining program roadmaps, coordinating project plans, managing timelines and dependencies, and ensuring alignment between engineering teams, instructors, and external partners.

The individual will drive continuous improvement in curriculum delivery, track program outcomes, and implement data-informed decisions to enhance learner and stakeholder experience.

The Senior Technical Program

Manager also facilitates communication among technical and non-technical stakeholders,



resolves risks and issues, and supports the successful deployment of real-world, client-facing projects.

Qualifications

- Strong Program Management and Project Management skills to lead complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives end-to-end.
- Robust Analytical Skills to interpret data, measure program impact, and guide decision-making and prioritization.
- Hands-on experience in Software Development, with the ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams and understand technical trade-offs.
- Demonstrated Product Management capabilities to align programs with learner needs, business objectives, and market requirements.
- Proven experience in leading technical programs or large-scale projects in engineering, AI, or technology-driven environments.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Background in AI, data-driven products, or educational technology is highly beneficial.
- Ability to operate independently, take ownership, and work on-site full-time in Bengaluru.
