Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates for technical, niche, and hard-to-fill positions.

- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, CRM, Boolean searches, AI sourcing tools, and market mapping techniques.

- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines.

- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies.

- Analyze talent market trends and share insights.

- Maintain accurate candidate data and reporting.

- Support employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.

- Mentor junior sourcing team members and contribute to process improvement projects.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience.

- Strong expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search.

- Experience with ATS/CRM platforms.

- Market mapping and talent intelligence experience.

- Solid stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Experience sourcing for high-volume and specialized roles.
