Lead end-to-end delivery of complex KYC AML and NICE Actimize technology projects and programs Manage large cross functional teams across Java .NET Mainframe QA business analysis architecture DevOps infrastructure and production support Establish project strategy scope roadmap milestones budgets resource plans governance and delivery objectives Manage multiple concurrent workstreams and complex dependencies across enterprise applications Partner with senior business compliance risk operations technology and executive stakeholders to drive successful delivery Lead implementation enhancement modernization integration and migration initiatives involving NICE Actimize and KYC platforms Oversee integrations between Actimize KYC solutions and customer onboarding core banking case management data and legacy systems Coordinate development and implementation activities across Java .NET C# Mainframe APIs batch processing databases and enterprise integration platforms Drive requirements solution design development testing data migration deployment and production stabilization Establish and maintain project governance steering committees status reporting RAID logs financial tracking and executive communications Proactively identify and manage project risks issues assumptions dependencies and scope changes Ensure delivery aligns with applicable KYC AML BSA OFAC sanctions CDD EDD and financial crime compliance requirements Lead Agile Waterfall or hybrid delivery models depending on project requirements Drive continuous improvement automation application modernization and operational efficiency initiatives Coordinate enterprise release and production implementation activities with appropriate controls and governance
