Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and analytical Senior System Analyst to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business and system requirements, preparing software requirement specifications, designing workflows, defining reports and interfaces, and coordinating with development and testing teams to ensure effective software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed system and technical requirements.
- Prepare and maintain Software Requirements Specifications (SRS) and Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS).
- Study existing systems, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency.
- Design and document system workflows, process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Define system interfaces, data flows, reports, and integration requirements.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, developers, project managers, and QA teams to understand project needs.
- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, stakeholder interviews, and requirement validation meetings.
- Ensure that system requirements are clear, complete, consistent, and technically feasible.
- Prepare functional documentation, system design documents, and other project-related deliverables.
- Define testing requirements, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria in coordination with the QA team.
- Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and issue resolution.
- Analyze system defects and coordinate with development teams to identify appropriate solutions.




- Maintain requirement traceability and ensure that developed solutions meet approved specifications.
- Monitor requirement changes and assess their impact on project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ensure proper documentation and communication throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in BE/B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in system analysis, business analysis, or software requirement management.
- Strong knowledge of system analysis, software design, and requirement engineering.
- Practical experience preparing SRS, FRS, functional specifications, and system documentation.
- Strong understanding of workflows, process mapping, use cases, and data flows.
- Experience defining system reports, user interfaces, and integration requirements.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing processes.
- Understanding of database concepts, APIs, and system integration.
- Experience coordinating with development, testing, and project management teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver accurate documentation within deadlines.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
