Job Title: Senior Store Executive

Location: Chakan, Pune

Experience: 4–8 Years (Minimum 3 years in SAP Business One)

Industry: Engineering / Industrial Equipment Manufacturing/ Oil & Gas

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end store operations, including material receipt, storage, and issue.
2. Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery challans.
3. Maintain inventory records and process all transactions in SAP Business One.
4. Issue materials to production/assembly as per BOMs and approved requisitions.
5. Monitor stock levels, reorder points, shortages, and excess inventory.
6. Conduct cycle counts, physical stock verification, and stock reconciliation.
7. Manage FIFO/LIFO/FEFO practices and ensure proper material preservation.
8.



Track subcontracting/job-work materials and reconcile vendor returns.
9. Prepare stock, ageing, shortage, and inventory MIS reports using MS Excel.
10. Coordinate with Purchase, Production, QA, Accounts, and Project teams.
11. Maintain 5S, housekeeping, and safety standards in the store.
12. Supervise store assistants and ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting.

Key Skills: SAP Business One, Inventory Management, Stock Reconciliation, MS Excel, Material Documentation, FIFO/LIFO/FEFO, Team Coordination.
