Role & responsibilities

- Manage material inward, inspection coordination, GRN, and documentation.

- Maintain inventory accuracy, stock rotation, and proper storage of materials.

- Handle material issue and returns against BOMs and Production Orders.

- Update all inventory transactions in SAP Business One (SAP B1).

- Conduct physical stock verification, cycle counting, and stock reconciliation.

- Monitor stock levels, shortages, and slow-moving or non-moving inventory.

- Track materials sent to subcontractors and reconcile job-work records.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

- Maintain 5S, housekeeping, and safety standards in the store.

- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, QA, and Accounts teams.

- Supervise store staff and ensure timely material availability for assembly.

Preferred candidate profile





- 5 to 8 years of experience in stores and inventory management in engineering or manufacturing industries.

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1).

- Graduate or Diploma holder in Mechanical Engineering, Commerce, or Materials Management.

- Solid knowledge of GRN, inventory control, stock reconciliation, FIFO/FEFO, and material handling.

- Experience in handling engineering components, bought-out parts, and subcontracting materials.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel, inventory reporting, and store documentation.

- Strong coordination, team-handling, and problem-solving skills.
