Key Responsibilities

Data Strategy & Leadership

· Define and execute the enterprise data and analytics roadmap aligned with business objectives.

· Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, analysts, BI developers.

· Collaborate with executive leadership to identify strategic opportunities through data and analytics.

Data Platform & Engineering Oversight

· Provide leadership for data architecture, integration, warehousing, and modernization initiatives.

· Oversee ETL/ELT pipelines, cloud data platforms (Azure & Snowflake), and data infrastructure to ensure scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions.

· Support modernization efforts leveraging cloud technologies and AI-enabled analytics.

Analytics & Business Intelligence

· Design and deliver enterprise reporting, dashboards, and self-service analytics solutions.

· Translate business requirements into scalable analytical solutions.

· Identify trends, opportunities, risks, and performance improvement recommendations through data analysis.

Stakeholder Management

· Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on analytical opportunities and data strategy.

· Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.

· Facilitate alignment between business priorities and analytics initiatives.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.

- Experience:

- 15+ years of experience in data, analytics, business intelligence, or related areas.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling methodologies, ETL/ELT frameworks, and data governance principles, with hands-on experience in designing scalable and high-performing data solutions on cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Extensive experience working with Snowflake Cloud Data Warehouse for building scalable, high-performance,



and secure data platforms that support enterprise reporting, analytics, and data engineering.
- Proficient in designing and developing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, materialized views, and data transformation logic to process large volumes of structured and semi-structured data efficiently.
- Extensive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data transformation pipelines using dbt (Data Build Tool) to support modern analytics and data warehousing solutions.
- Experience working with API integrations, REST services, and data ingestion frameworks to extract and load data from diverse enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of real-time and streaming data technologies such as Kafka, Azure Event Hubs, Azure Stream Analytics, Spark Streaming.
- Knowledge of performance tuning, workload optimization, and cost management strategies for cloud-based data platforms.
- Hands-on experience with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
