Job Title: Android Kotlin Developer (2–4 Years Experience)

Client/Domain: ICICI Bank (BFSI / Mobile Banking)

Role Overview: Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining secure, scalable Android banking applications for ICICI Bank digital products.

Core Tech Stack: Hands-on experience with native Android development using Kotlin (100% Kotlin-first approach) and Android SDK.

Architecture: Strong expertise in standard Android architecture patterns such as MVVM / Clean Architecture with Jetpack components.

Asynchronous Operations: Proficient in using Kotlin Coroutines and Flow for efficient background processing, state handling, and reactive programming.

API & Data Integration: Deep experience integrating RESTful APIs (Retrofit, OkHttp), JSON parsing, and local databases like Room.

BFSI Security Standards:



Working knowledge of mobile app security best practices including SSL Pinning, data encryption, ProGuard/R8, and secure storage (KeyStore).

UI Implementation: Proficiency in creating responsive layouts using XML ConstraintLayout and up-to-date Jetpack Compose components.

Testing & Performance: Hands-on experience with Unit Testing (JUnit, Mockito), debugging memory leaks, and optimizing app performance for speed and low latency.

Tools & CI/CD: Familiarity with Git, Android Studio, Jira, Jenkins/GitLab CI pipelines, and deploying releases to the Google Play Store.

Delivery & Process: Strong problem-solving mindset with experience working in Agile/Scrum cross-functional teams alongside backend and QA teams
