Job Title: Software Testing Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Software Testing Engineer with a strong background in Python and extensive experience with the Robot Framework. The ideal candidate will also possess knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to enhance our testing processes and ensure high-quality software delivery.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Python and Robot Framework.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand software requirements and create comprehensive test plans.
- Implement AI/ML techniques to optimize testing processes and improve test coverage.
- Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools.
- Conduct regression testing and performance testing to ensure software reliability.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality.




- Continuously improve testing methodologies and practices.

Mandatory Skills

- Robust experience with Python programming.
- Proficient in using Robot Framework for test automation.
- Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in software testing.
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of other testing frameworks and tools.
- Experience in performance testing tools.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
