WERE HIRING | SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER – FULL STACK (JAVA + REACT)

Experience: 4–5 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Java-based microservices and REST APIs

Build responsive front-end applications using React 18 and Material UI (MUI)

Design, manage, and optimize PostgreSQL/MySQL databases

Troubleshoot production issues across backend, frontend, and databases

Contribute to system architecture, technical decisions, and performance optimization

Own features end-to-end, from requirement analysis to deployment

Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers

Must-Have Skills:

Strong experience in Java and Spring Boot

Working proficiency in React, hooks, and component architecture

Solid SQL, database design, indexing, and query optimization skills

Understanding of microservices and system architecture

Experience with Git, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines





Ability to independently manage and troubleshoot production systems

Good to Have:

AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes

OAuth2, JWT, or Keycloak

Message queues and monitoring tools

Experience in Fintech, Lending, NBFC, or BFSI

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Ideal Candidate: A proactive, technically strong professional with an ownership mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently across the full technology stack.
