Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

The role is suited to experienced technology professionals with strong software-development fundamentals and hands-on exposure to building, integrating, maintaining, and improving scalable applications, APIs, enterprise platforms, backend services, frontend systems, automation solutions, databases, and cloud-based applications.

The Senior Software Engineer will work closely with software, IT, data, analytics, operations, production, supply chain, finance, sales, and other business teams to translate technical and business requirements into reliable software solutions. The role will also involve supporting architecture decisions, code quality, debugging, performance optimization, technical documentation, testing, deployment, and collaboration with junior engineers and cross-functional teams.

The role may involve working with Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, C++, Go, Spring Boot, Django, Flask, FastAPI, Node.js, React, Angular, REST APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases, microservices, cloud platforms, DevOps tools, testing frameworks, distributed systems, and modern software-engineering technologies depending on project and business requirements.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
- Candidates with 3+ years of relevant software-development or software-engineering experience are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates currently working as Senior Software Engineer, Senior Software Developer, Software Engineer, Application Engineer, Application Developer, Backend Engineer, Full Stack Engineer, Frontend Engineer, Java Developer, Python Developer,



Lead Software Engineer, Technical Engineer, or similar roles are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates from IT services, SaaS, product companies, technology, consulting, e-commerce, fintech, telecom, analytics, manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, or other industries are welcome.
- Strong knowledge of at least one programming language such as Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, C++, Go, or PHP.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, exception handling, design patterns, clean coding, debugging, modular programming, and software-development fundamentals.
- Experience with backend frameworks such as Spring Boot, Django, Flask, FastAPI, Node.js, Express.js, .NET, or similar technologies will be beneficial.
- Exposure to frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue.js, or Next.js will be considered an advantage.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, authentication, authorization, API integration, web services, and system integration.
- Experience with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis, or similar relational and NoSQL databases.
- Understanding of database design, normalization, indexing, transactions, joins, query optimization, schema design, connection pooling, and data-access patterns.
- Experience with microservices, distributed systems, service-oriented architecture, scalable applications, messaging systems, or event-driven architectures will be advantageous.
- Familiarity with Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, caching, asynchronous processing, background jobs, or similar backend technologies will be beneficial.
- Experience with Git, GitHub, version control, branching strategies, pull requests, code reviews, collaborative development, and release workflows.
- Familiarity with unit testing, integration testing, API testing, automated testing, JUnit, PyTest, Jest, Mockito, Postman, Cypress, or similar tools.
- Exposure to AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CI/CD,



or similar cloud and DevOps technologies will be considered an advantage.
- Good understanding of Linux, application deployment, environment configuration, production support, logging, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Exposure to infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, Bicep, or similar technologies will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Understanding of OAuth, JWT, RBAC, secure coding, encryption, API security, input validation, application security, and access-control concepts.
- Experience with performance optimization, database tuning, application profiling, scalability, reliability, fault tolerance, observability, monitoring, and production issue resolution will be advantageous.
- Ability to review code, identify technical risks, recommend improvements, and contribute to maintainable architecture and software quality.
- Exposure to architecture patterns, design principles, SOLID principles, distributed architecture, microservices patterns, or enterprise application architecture will be beneficial.
- Experience mentoring junior engineers, supporting technical discussions, reviewing implementations, or guiding development work will be considered an advantage.
- Exposure to automation, data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, generative AI, ERP, CRM, manufacturing systems, supply-chain platforms, dashboards, or enterprise applications will be beneficial.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Jira, SDLC, technical documentation, requirements gathering, sprint planning, estimation, release planning, or issue tracking will be advantageous.
- Strong analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, documentation, stakeholder-management, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to understand business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, maintainable, efficient, and reliable software solutions.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with software, IT, business, and cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to work in an on-site setting.
- Experience in manufacturing, agro-processing, FMCG, or industrial organizations will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Strong willingness to learn current technologies, frameworks, architecture patterns, cloud platforms, development tools, and modern software-engineering practices.
