Position Senior Software Engineer

- Design, build, and own full-stack features on igniteNX, our multi-tenant LMS SaaS platform — spanning the React/TypeScript frontend, Go microservices backend, and Azure cloud infrastructure.
- Drive the architecture and technical design of new modules and services, balancing scalability, multi-tenancy, and maintainability across a 16+ service Go microservices estate.
- Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, technical debt, and production issues across the stack.
- Own end-to-end delivery — from implementation through automated testing (unit, integration, Playwright e2e) to deployment via CI/CD pipelines to Azure Container Apps and Azure Static Web Apps.
- Review code, mentor junior and mid-level engineers, and help uphold coding standards and SonarCloud quality gates across the codebase.
- Collaborate closely with product, DevOps, and client-facing teams to translate requirements into robust, production-ready technical solutions.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of professional full-stack web application development experience, including at least 2 years operating at a senior or lead level.
- Robust hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling — Vite, React Router, Zustand for state management, TailwindCSS, and component libraries built on Radix UI (e.g., shadcn/ui).
- Proven experience designing and building backend services in Go, including REST API design, HTTP routing, and asynchronous/background job processing (e.g., Redis-backed queues).
- Solid understanding of multi-tenant SaaS architecture,



including per-tenant data isolation and configuration patterns.
- Production experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis; exposure to NoSQL/document databases such as Azure Cosmos DB is a plus.
- Working knowledge of Azure cloud services — Container Apps, Static Web Apps, Front Door, Blob Storage — and containerized, microservices-based deployments.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions) and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Bicep, .NET Aspire, or similar orchestration tooling).
- Familiarity with automated testing practices, including end-to-end testing frameworks (e.g., Playwright) and Go's native testing tooling.
- Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and system design skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently, lead by example, and guide less experienced engineers.

Preferred / Nice to Have

- Experience with i18n/localization tooling (e.g., Lingui) in a multi-locale product.
- Familiarity with OpenTelemetry or similar observability/tracing tooling.
- Exposure to OAuth 2.0 / OIDC identity provider implementations.
