About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Senior C++ Developer to contribute to the development of advanced medical imaging and visualization software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in C++, Qt, MITK, VTK, OpenGL, and Linux-based development, along with a passion for building high-performance and scalable healthcare applications. In this role, you will work closely with product management, architects, UX specialists, and QA teams to design, develop, and optimize medical imaging applications that support clinical workflows and improve patient outcomes.

You will play a key role in translating complex imaging requirements into innovative software solutions while ensuring quality, performance, and maintainability.

What You'll Do:

- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance medical imaging and visualization applications using C++ and Qt.
- Develop and enhance software components utilizing MITK, VTK, and OpenGL technologies.
- Build intuitive, responsive, and user-friendly desktop applications using the Qt framework.
- Develop advanced 2D and 3D visualization capabilities for medical imaging applications.
- Translate clinical, imaging,



and visualization requirements into scalable software solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, UX designers, and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Participate in system design discussions and contribute to software architecture decisions.
- Develop reusable, maintainable, and scalable software components.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and engineering best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex application issues in Linux environments.
- Optimize application performance, rendering efficiency, memory utilization, and responsiveness.
- Develop unit tests and support software quality assurance activities.
- Maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and development standards.
- Support integration of medical imaging frameworks and visualization libraries.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, estimations, and retrospectives.
- Stay updated with advancements in medical imaging, visualization technologies, and software engineering practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and engineering excellence programs.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 5–8 years of hands-on software development experience.
- Robust expertise in modern C++ programming and object-oriented design principles.
- Excellent understanding of software engineering fundamentals, design patterns, and coding best practices.
- Experience designing scalable and maintainable software solutions.
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization techniques.
- Hands-on experience with Qt framework development and rich desktop application development.
- Strong understanding of Qt Widgets, Signals and Slots, Event Handling, GUI Development, and Multithreading.
- Experience building highly interactive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Hands-on experience with MITK (Medical Imaging Interaction Toolkit).
- Strong understanding of medical imaging workflows and healthcare software applications.
- Experience developing imaging applications for healthcare, diagnostics, or medical device domains.
- Ability to work with large imaging datasets and complex visualization requirements.
- Strong expertise with VTK (Visualization Toolkit).




- Hands-on experience with OpenGL and graphics rendering technologies.
- Experience building advanced 2D and 3D visualization applications.
- Understanding of image processing pipelines and rendering architectures.
- Ability to optimize graphics performance and visualization workflows.
- Strong Linux application development and debugging experience.
- Knowledge of Linux development tools, build systems, and deployment practices.
- Experience troubleshooting system-level and performance-related issues.
- Proficiency with Git and version control systems.
- Understanding of software configuration management and release processes.
- Experience performing code reviews and mentoring junior developers.
