We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate, and experienced Social Worker to join our organization.

Position: Social Worker (Male/Female)

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with NGOs, orphanages, child welfare institutions, and community organizations.
- Plan and implement programs for the welfare and development of children.
- Conduct field visits, assessments, counselling, and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with government departments, NGOs, schools, and other stakeholders.
- Organize awareness programs, outreach activities, and community development initiatives.
- Maintain reports, case records, and documentation.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Social Work (BSW/MSW) or a related field.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience working with NGOs, orphanages, child welfare, or community development organizations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid commitment to child protection, welfare, and social development.
- Ability to travel for fieldwork when required.
- Computer knowledge and report-writing skills will be an added advantage.

Salary: Attractive remuneration based on qualifications and experience. Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹62,000.00 per month
