- Integrates existing scripts/tools with PagerDuty workflows
- Supports automated service/application onboarding
- Implements approved auto-remediation use cases
- Implements ChatOps/API-driven operational workflows
- Builds appropriate validation, exception handling, logging and rollback controls
- Supports SIT/UAT and end-to-end technical testing
- Helps avoid excessive manual configuration during scale-out
- Supports production cutover, stabilization and automation KT
