Key Responsibilities

- Lead installation, commissioning and maintenance of industrial automation systems, including PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, drives and sensors

- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues at customer sites and remotely

- Guide and mentor junior service engineers

- Coordinate with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve critical issues

- Carry out preventive maintenance and health checks for optimal system performance

- Document service activities, prepare reports and maintain service records

- Train customers on system operation, maintenance and safety procedures

- Follow safety standards and company policies during all service activities

- Support sales and project teams with technical input during pre-sales and execution

Desired Candidate Profile

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation or Mechatronics Engineering

- 57 years of experience in industrial automation service

- Hands-on experience with PLC, HMI, SCADA, drives and sensors

- Able to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals

- Excellent troubleshooting, communication and customer service skills

- Willing to travel to client sites as required.
