About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Engineer to build and own core agent-native product systems end-to-end. The role involves shaping technical direction, making key design decisions, and working closely with product teams to build scalable AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Own core agent-native and product systems from design through implementation and delivery.
- Drive technical roadmap, architecture, and design decisions.
- Build scalable solutions using Python, Kubernetes, and Azure.
- Work closely with product teams and contribute to product/design feedback loops.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers.
- Solve complex engineering problems with robust product sense and technical judgment.

Must-Have Skills

1. 6+ years of software engineering experience.
2. Strong hands-on experience with Python.
3. Experience in Agentic AI / agent-native development.
4. Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Azure.
5. Strong understanding of system design and software architecture.
6. Demonstrated ownership of products/systems end-to-end.
7. Strong product thinking and mentoring experience.
