- Guide the team and organization on how to use scrum & other Agile practices and methodologies
- Foster close cooperation across all team members, encourage cross-training and supporting each other; Create and maintain the appropriate channels for open communication within the scrum team (e.g. tracker boards, JIRA) to create a trusting and secure team environment
