? Hiring: Senior SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) SME / Lead
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior SAP TM SME / Lead / Manager to drive the design, implementation, and governance of transportation and logistics solutions for a large-scale Advanced Therapy Operations (ATO) program.
? Role: Senior SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) SME
? Experience: 12+ Years Overall | 5+ Years SAP TM
? Location: India – Remote
⏳ Duration: 1 Year (Extendable)
? Time Zone: IST & US West Coast – Flexibility required based on project phase
? Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP TM solution design, implementation, and governance .
- Define SAP TM strategy, roadmap, solution architecture, and deployment approach.
- Drive integration across SAP S/4HANA and logistics platforms .
- Lead design workshops, fit-gap analysis, testing, cutover, and hypercare.
- Design and optimize transportation planning, execution, freight management, and carrier collaboration .
- Support inbound, outbound, intercompany, and 3PL transportation processes.
- Develop transportation solutions for patient-specific and time-sensitive therapy shipments .
- Support temperature-controlled transportation, specialty courier logistics, milestone tracking, and shipment visibility .
- Lead integration with SAP EWM/WM, SD, MM, Event Management, 3PLs, carriers, couriers, and track-and-trace platforms .
- Define transportation master data, interfaces,
message flows, and integration requirements.
- Ensure compliance with GxP, GDP, serialization, traceability, audit, and regulatory requirements .
